I had known Margaret for 17 years. When we moved into Toddington and attended the Baptist Church, Margaret made us very welcome and to feel at home. We both have children of a similar age, and a very happy memory was of all eight of us playing Rummikub one Christmas. Margaret enjoyed games with words and numbers. Another lasting memory was the way Margaret and David cared for my family when I had a serious car accident, cooking meals and caring for them was what Margaret was good at. While visiting Margaret in the hospice her care and concern still shone through. Our friendship has lasted over all those years and I can say I have lost a very caring friend.
